Massage during the holidays

Just a quick note about the value of massage during the holidays. It's easy to get caught up with shopping, traffic, crowds, etc. So if possible, we would highly encourage people to remember to take a day or more for themselves this holiday season. So our suggestion: Go and get a massage. It can help reduce stress and tension, alleviate body aches and pains, soothe the nervous system, and boost the immune system plus on top of that, it feels soooo good.

Recently, I had been working so much, I forgot about taking care of myself. Finally my partner and I had the chance to go to a nice spa and get a massage for a change. And man, was it great! I had completely forgot how good they feel and how good I felt afterwards. The little aches and pains that had been bugging me soon became a thing of the past.

Now, it makes me wonder if some of those aches and pains are simply my body's way of reminding me to pay a little more attention to myself and create a little more balance. And, for me, apparently to get massage more often. It can and does make a difference.

Happy Holidays!
